Board of Appeals Mashpee Industrial Park TR. - Telecommunications Tower 6. <br /> 12. The Special permit issued to the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust shall be valid for <br /> fifteen (15)years. At the end of that time period, the Applicant shall be required <br /> to obtain an extension of the special permit, which may be granted for an <br /> additional period of up to fifteen (15) years. The Board of appeals shall grant such <br /> an extension if the Applicant has conformed with the conditions of this special <br /> permit. The Board of Appeals may also thereafter grant such further extensions as <br /> the Board may deem appropriate, based upon available technology and public or <br /> private economic needs for such a facility at that time. <br /> 13. Any interference with television, including cable, satellite, radio and other existing <br /> wire and wireless transmission due to this Facility shall be the responsibility of the <br /> Mashpee Industrial Park Trust to investigate and remedy in an expeditious manner. <br /> 14. The Town of Mashpee will have use of the Facility at no cost to the Town. <br /> 15. The structural integrity of the tower will be confirmed by the certification of a <br /> certified structural engineer. <br /> 16. The tower will be designed with a failure design such that the fall zone in the event <br /> of failure will be within the property lines of Lot 28. <br /> 17. At no time shall the total number of users of the Facility exceed twenty(20), not <br /> including municipal and/or public safety users given free locations on the Facility <br /> by the Applicant. <br /> 18. Bonds: in addition to the $10,000 bond required in Condition 11, the Mashpee <br /> Industrial Park Trust shall post a landscape bond of$5,000 cash to be held in an <br /> interest-bearing account by the Town Treasurer. <br />
