Langbert - SP-96-7 26 Spoondrift Circle <br /> Map 111, Block 120 <br /> A Petition was filed by James M. Langbert of Weston,Massachusetts on <br /> December 15, 1995 for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct a 38 foot ramp and float in Spoondrift <br /> Cove on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 26 Spoondrift Circle (Map 111, <br /> Block 120) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 5, 1996 and January 12, 1996, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 24, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Kenneth E. Marsters. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-25.L9 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and reviewed plans of an existing <br /> bulkhead with a new ramp and float which are now angled into Spoondrift Cove. He <br /> informed the Board that the proposed plans have been approved by the Conservation <br /> Commission, Harbormaster and Shellfish Constable. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br />
