Efron - SP-96-13 358 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Map 120, Block 109 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 28, 1995 by Mark R. Efron of Sharon, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to expand a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with a 1,057 square foot <br /> addition on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 358 Monomoscoy Road (Map <br /> 120, Block 109)Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 9 and February 16, 1996, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 28, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Kenneth E. <br /> Marsters and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and Sections 174-17 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Efron represented his application and informed the Board that his property <br /> consists of two houses and a garage and he is planning the expansion of one of the existing <br /> dwellings. The plans have been approved by the Conservation Commission and a new <br /> septic system is planned. Comments were received from an abutter in favor of the <br /> application. <br />
