C. 40A, Section 17 <br /> of Decisions issued by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> granting a special permit and a variance to the Defendants <br /> allowing the erection of a free standing internally <br /> illuminated sign on property located at 8 Ryan's Way, Mashpee, <br /> Barnstable County, Massachusetts. The Plaintiff is an abutter <br /> of the property which is the subject of this appeal and <br /> aggrieved by the Decision. <br /> PARTIES <br /> 2. The Plaintiff, Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership, is a <br /> Delaware Limited Partnership with a principal place of <br /> business at Mashpee Commons, P. 0. Box 1530, Mashpee, <br /> Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02649. <br /> 3 . The Defendant, Randall Bartlett, of 158 Greeley Street, <br /> Hudson, NH. 03051 is the named applicant for the above- <br /> referenced special permit and variance. <br /> 4. Upon information and belief, the Defendants, Charles F. Doe, <br /> Jr. , Dana G. Doe and William A. Doe, are Trustees of the Doe <br /> Family Trust II, under a Declaration of Trust dated September <br /> 16, 1992 , reside at 160 Olympia Avenue, Woburn, Middlesex <br /> County, Massachusetts and are the owners of the property which <br /> is the subject of this appeal. <br />
