Board of Appeals Mobil Oil Corporation V-96-27 4. <br /> For the foregoing reasons the Board determined that the applicant met the criteria <br /> necessary to grant the Variances. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on May 8, 1996 to grant the following Variances: <br /> 1. to allow a 28 foot setback on the Northwest frontage of the property between <br /> the front boundary and the parking lot for the construction of parking to <br /> compensate for that displaced by the planned improvements, and to relocate <br /> phones, air tower and light. <br /> 2. to allow parking space size of 9 feet by 18 1/2 feet. <br /> 3. to allow a 44 foot setback on the Southerly frontage of the property between <br /> the front boundary and the berm that directs the traffic exiting the car wash and <br /> entering the site at the southerly entrance. <br /> 4. to construct the bituminous concrete paving and berms as shown on the plan. <br /> This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the site plan of Tyree <br /> Consulting Co. revised April 26, 1996 and signed by the Chairman of the Board of <br /> • Appeals. <br />
