Town of Nashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck 4koad JVorth <br /> Ap1E� Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Mobil Oil Corporation SP-96-28 548 Falmouth Road <br /> Map 74, Block 14A <br /> A Petition was filed by Mobil Oil Corporation on February 21, 1996 for a Special <br /> Permit under Sections 174-28A, 174-31, 174-40, 174-16, 174-17, 174-22, 174-25.E.1, <br /> 174-25.F.1, 174-251.4, 174-24A.3, 174-24.A.4, 174-24.0 for permission to expand a <br /> pre-existing non-conforming gasoline station with the construction of a second building <br /> for the operation of a one bay automatic car wash and to allow the alteration, construction <br /> and removal of certain overhead lighting on property located in a C-1 zoning district at <br /> 548 Falmouth Road (Map 74, Block 14A)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 22, 1996 and March 29, 1996, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 10, 1996 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert <br /> G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 the sections of the <br /> Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws referenced above. <br />
