Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 7, 1996 and June 14, 1996, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, June 26, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Robert G. Nelson <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> The applicant was represented by Attorney Brian McDermott and Builder David <br /> Booth. The Board was informed that there was a Special Permit for the use and the <br /> original building which had been issued in 1980. The applicant was seeking additional <br /> parking on the front of the building parallel to the existing parking and there was not <br /> sufficient land area to meet the 75' front setback requirement of the present by-laws. <br />
