Board of Appeals Half Tide Marina SP-96-50 2. <br /> FINDINGS: <br /> A. General <br /> 1. the subject lot is located in the Mashpee Industrial Park and subject to <br /> Industrial-1 zoning. <br /> 2. the use is an allowed use in the I-1 zoning upon the grant of a Special Permit <br /> from the Board of Appeals <br /> B. Special Permit Criteria <br /> Section 9 of Chapter 40A requires a finding that the use is in harmony with the <br /> general purpose and intent of the zoning by-laws and complies with the provisions <br /> therein. <br /> C. Specific Findings <br /> 1. the proposed use is consistent with the industrial uses allowed in the Mashpee <br /> Industrial Park. <br /> 2. the proposed use has been reviewed by the Fire Department, Director of Public <br /> Works, Mashpee Water District and Town Planner and recommendations from <br /> all of these departments have been incorporated in the final plans. <br /> 3. the proposed use will not create traffic congestion in the industrial park. <br /> 4. the proposed use will not adversely affect public health, safety or welfare, will <br /> not create an excessive demand upon municipal services and facilities and will <br /> not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. <br />
