The defendant, Paul deRuyter, who resides at 224 Black Duck <br /> Cartway, Brewster, Mass . is Trustee of Mashpee Industrial Park <br /> Trust which trust is the owner of Lot 31 as shown on the <br /> attached plan. Lot 31 is marked in yellow on the attached plan. <br />
