The defendant deRuyter (hereinafter the "Applicant" ) submitted <br /> to the Board, an application for a special permit wherein the <br /> applicant proposed to construct on Lot 31, a building containing <br /> just under 10, 000 square feet. Lot 31 is located in a zoning <br /> district which is zoned I-1 ( industrial) under the Mashpee <br /> Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is attached hereto as <br /> exhibit B. <br /> 5 . The application states that the owner intends to divide the <br /> building into a maximum of five (5 ) rental units, with the <br /> "final use or tenant to be determined" . <br />
