i <br /> 6 . By decision filed with the Town Clerk of Mashpee on October 8, <br /> 1996 a copy of which is attached hereto as exhibit C, the Board <br /> purported to grant to the applicant the right to carry on within <br /> the 10 , 000 square foot building, within the sole discretion of <br /> the applicant and to the extent which the applicant may desire, <br /> any or all such uses, whether singly or in combination with any <br /> other use, as the applicant may wish to choose from the <br /> following uses which are allowed under the Mashpee bylaw, only <br /> upon the issuance of a special permit from the Board of Appeals, <br /> following specific findings made by the Board with respect to <br /> each and any such use: <br /> a) Business, financial, professional or governmental offices . <br /> b) Offices and clinics for medical, psychiatric or other health <br /> services for the examination or treatment of persons as <br /> outpatients, including laboratories that are part of such <br /> offices or clinics . <br /> c) Laboratory or research facility. <br /> d) Radio or television studio. <br /> e) Printing, binding, publishing and related arts and trades . <br /> f) The bottling of beverages . <br /> g) Plumbing, electrical or carpentry shop or other similar <br /> service or repair establishment. <br /> 7 . No evidence was presented to the Board with respect to any of <br /> the uses which the Board purported to allow by special permit . <br /> 8 . The record of the proceedings, including the decision of the <br /> Board, contain no discussion or findings with respect to whether <br /> any proposed use conforms to the standards required for the <br /> issuance of a special permit under either the M.G.L. c . 40A <br /> section 9 or the provisions of the Mashpee bylaw. <br /> 1 <br />
