(Owner of record: Francis J. Reidy et al <br /> Trustees). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 25, 1996 and November 1, <br /> 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, November 13, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Norman Hayes and Architect Mark Marinaccio represented the Petition <br /> and informed the Board that the applicant plans to remove and reconstruct an existing <br /> non-conforming single family dwelling. Comments were received from a direct abutter <br /> requesting that the house be moved 5 feet from the adjacent lot line and Mr. Siegfried <br /> agreed to the relocation. <br />
