Board of Appeals Edward Siegfried - SP-96-72 3. <br /> 7. no coastal resource areas will be impacted by the proposed construction <br /> activities. <br /> 8. the site is both adequate and suitable for the proposed use and provides <br /> adequate land area for parking. <br /> 9. the use is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning By- <br /> laws. <br /> For the foregoing reasons the Board determined that the applicant met the criteria <br /> necessary to grant a Special Permit. The Board found that the proposed reconstruction <br /> would not be a detriment to the neighborhood and that the proposed structure, its location <br /> on the lot and the intended use comply with the general provisions set forth within the By- <br /> laws. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on <br /> November 13, 1996 to grant the Special Permit subject to the condition that the side <br /> setback distance from the lot at 218 Wading Place (Map 112, Block 56) be increased <br /> from 10 feet to 15 feet. The Permit is subject to compliance with the revised site plans of <br /> BSC group dated November 25, 1996 and revised plans of Mark Marinaccio, Architect, <br /> dated November 25, 1996. <br />
