`t <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Board of Appeals <br />/ Minutes <br />January 11, 1995 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday,January 11, 1995 at 7:30 <br />P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Members present: Edward M. Govoni, Chairman; James E. Regan III, Vice Chairman; <br />Associate Members Robert G. Nelson, Cheryl A. Hawver and Kenneth E. Marsters. <br />Members absent: John J. Friel and Arnold Mindick. <br />Mr. Govoni opened the meeting at 7:30 P.M. <br />George C. and Marion P. Leach - Request a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the <br />Zoning By-laws for permission to expand an existing non -conforming dwelling with an 8' <br />x 20' addition on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 30 Overland Road (Map <br />114, Block 10) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, K. Marsters, R. Nelson <br />• Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for the house <br />addition which has been approved by Conservation. He said the house is restricted to two <br />bedrooms by the Board of Health and Conservation. No comments were received from <br />abutters. <br />Mr. Marsters moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br />Kenneth A. Porter TR. - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br />By-laws for permission to expand an existing non -conforming dwelling with an 8' x 12' <br />addition on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 199 Wading Place Road (Map <br />112, Block 74) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver <br />Mr. Porter represented his application and explained that he was planning an 8' x 12' <br />addition. Written comments were received from two abutters in favor of the application. <br />Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />
