•- ' " I Board of Appeals Minutes - March 29, 1995 2.
• 3.
while the proposed location of the sign 10 feet from the front lot line does
increase the nonconformity the Board determined that it would not be a
detriment to the neighborhood.
4.
The proposed drainage system has been reviewed and accepted by the Board
of Health as an artificial recharge system and allows the excess area rendered
impervious to be approved in the Groundwater Protection District as set forth
in Article XIII, Section 174-80F.
5.
The Petitioner has obtained the necessary approvals for the driveway entrance
to Route 151.
6.
The Board found that the proposed extension of a pre-existing nonconforming
use and structure to construct a building and to operate a retail and wholesale
commercial enterprise will not be substantially more detrimental than the
existing nonconforming lot, structure or use to the neighborhood.
7.
The Board determined that there is adequate land area to provide sufficient
parking and setbacks as required.
Ms. Hawver moved to adjourn at 8:15 P.M. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed.
Elinor Walsh
0
