Mr. Regan expressed concern regarding <br />the variations in property depiction among the maps. Mr. Grotzke <br />stated that the neighbors have agreed to changes informally. <br />Mr. Regan stated he was uncomfortable with the Variance without <br />an up-to-date map. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Variance of 2.4 feet on the <br />northwest corner of the garage and property line conditionally <br />upon receipt of a correct map stamped by the engineer, that <br />there be no other encroachments, and it will not be detrimental <br />to the neighborhood.
