�r <br />TOWN OF MASI-IPEE <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Minutes <br />Wednesday, June 28, 1995 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 1995 at 7:30 <br />P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members present: Edward M. Govoni, <br />Chairman, James E. Regan III, Vice Chairman; and Associate Members Cheryl A. <br />Hawver, Kenneth E. Marsters and Robert G. Nelson. Members John J. Friel and Arnold <br />D. Mindick were absent. Building Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. <br />Maria A. Geraci - Requests a Variance from Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br />permission to exceed the 70' pier length to allow for an 80' pier on property located in an.. <br />R-3 zoning district at 384 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />Maria A. Geraci - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By- <br />laws for a pier, ramp and float in Great River on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br />at 384 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, K. Marsters <br />• Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and requested a withdrawal of the <br />Variance application without prejudice. He explained that the Harbormaster requested the <br />dock be shortened to 60'. Mr. Govoni moved to grant the request for the withdrawal <br />without prejudice. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Sanicki stated that the Conservation Commission has approved the revised plans. Mr. <br />Regan moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Marsters seconded. All agreed. <br />A.G. Realty Trust - Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.D.1, 174-25.D.2 <br />and 174-25.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a professional office <br />building in a C-1 zoning distriQt.on property located at 96 Old Barnstable Road at the <br />corner of Great Neck Road North (Map 67, Block 3C) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br />Anna E. Tanneyhill). <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver <br />Architect Louis Giampetro represented the applicant and reviewed the plans for the <br />proposed building. He said the building conformed to the zoning by-laws and had <br />incorporated the parking and drainage requirements recommended by the Town Planner <br />and the Director of Public Works as well as the entrance from Old Barnstable Road. <br />F <br />
