7 - <br />Board of Appeals Minutes September 13, 1995 4. <br />r <br />Donna Bochanowsld - (Advisement from July 26, 1995). <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, K. Marsters, R. Nelson <br />Mr. Govoni said the members have visited the site and found the road was passable. He <br />reviewed conditions for maintaining the road in vicinity of the lot. He said he had <br />reviewed the law with the Fire Chief and explained that the Board cannot condition <br />anything for the inside of the house i.e. a sprinkler system. <br />Mr. Govoni found that without relief the lot could not be used for a residence. The lot <br />has been maintained as a separate lot and a literal enforcement of the by-law would result <br />in hardship to the petitioner. <br />Mr. Marsters moved to grant the Variance. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed <br />Ruth A and James A. Warner Jr. TRS. - (Advisement from August 23, 1995) <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, R. Nelson, K. Marsters <br />Mr. Govoni stated that taxes have been paid on the property. Mr. Marsters moved to <br />grant the Special Permit. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br />• Frank A. Maki - Mr. Maid reviewed his 1991 Special Permit for Century Vault on 90 and <br />100 Echo Road which was granted under 174-25.H.6 allowing "other uses". He explained <br />that he has a potential landscape company for a tenant. They would be using space for <br />storage only. The Board agreed that this was allowed under his permit and there would <br />not be the need to apply for a separate use. <br />Minutes Ms. Hawver moved to accept the Minutes of August 23, 1995. Mr. Regan <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M. <br />Elinor Walsh <br />
