Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 3 and February 10, 1995, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Joel Seeley of Symmes Maini and McKee Associates, architects, and Dan Solien, <br /> landscape architect, represented the applicants. Mr. Seeley reviewed the elevations of the <br /> high school and explained that the building height increase were required for lights in the <br /> auditorium and science labs. Mr. Solien discussed the parking space size and reported that <br /> the 9' x 18' size is now in common use and would reduce the amount of paved surface on <br /> the lot. <br />
