Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 3 and February 10, 1995, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Joel Seeley of Symmes Maini and Dan Solien, Landscape architect, represented the <br /> applicant. Mr. Solien reviewed the design of the sign which is proposed at 2'4" x 10' and <br /> will be placed at the entrance to the school. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Section 174-5 LD <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
