I <br /> Tobin of Aaobpee <br /> '''�• 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> p\` `Y <br /> J?A94i Cn c <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Mobil Oil Corporation V-95-27 548 Falmouth Road <br /> Map 74, Block 14A <br /> A Petition was filed by Mobil Oil Corporation on February 24, 1995 for a Variance <br /> from Sections 174-30, 174-31, 174-40 and 174-55 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to eliminate the 20 foot setback requirements between buildings and to vary the signage <br /> and setback requirements on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 548 Falmouth <br /> Road (Map 74, Block 14A) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, 1995, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Sections 174-30, <br /> 174-31, 174-40 and 174-55 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
