Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper
of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 24 and March 31, 1995, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on
Wednesday, April 12, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the
Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. He explained that the
garage is partially recessed into the dwelling to maximize the setback from Waterline
Drive and is located away from the coastal wetlands. The Board requested additional
engineering information on the rear lot line which was presented for the May 24, 1995
I meeting.
I
