Burnes V-95-33 13 Compass Circle <br /> Map 105, Block 257 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 20, 1.995 by Arthur B. Burnes of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the sideline setback requirement to allow for the construction of a two-car garage <br /> in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 13 Compass Circle (Map 105, Block 257) <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 24 and March 31, 1995, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 12, 1995 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Kenneth E. Marsters and <br /> Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and reviewed plans for a two <br /> car garage. He explained that the proposed location of the garage would be 7.6' from the <br /> side lot line. <br />
