Suohr
Dear Mr. Govoni:
As your records should reflect, I provided representation to
the Spohrs in connection with Variance Relief requested for
property situated at 29 Hamblin Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts.
As you may also be aware, due to the location of this
particular parcel of land, the applicant has had to submit to a
rigorous review of its building plans by the local Conservation
Commission. At the present time the Conservation Commission's
decision has yet to issue and there is a distinct likelihood that
substantial construction will not occur prior to the expiration
date of the variance.
Under those circumstances, it is hereby requested that the
variance be extended an additional period of 6 months beyond its
contemplated expiration date, so as to permit the applicant to
complete the review process before local Conservation Com.-nission
and the Department of Environmental Protection and to commence
any substantial construction subsequent to those final decisions.
Thank you. in anticipation for your cooperation in this
regard.
Very truly yours,
Kevin M.
