Bourget for a Variance V-94-14 <br /> A Petition was filed by Joan V. Bourget of Cotuit, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-32 of the <br /> Zoning. By-laws to, allow construction of a single family <br /> dwelling on an unpaved road in an R-3 zoning 'district on <br /> property located at 33 Russell Road (Map 120 , Block 105) <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Marie S. Dias ) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in The Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation_ in the Town of Mashpee, on January 25, 1994 and <br /> February 1 , 1994 ,. a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made. a part hereof . <br /> A- Public Hearing was held on. the Petition on <br /> Wednesday, February 9 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P .M:. at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout : Michael A. <br /> Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and Jamie Regan. <br /> Attorney Cynthia Bourget represented the applicant and <br /> explained that Joan Bourget had purchased the land to build <br /> a single family home on an unpaved road . She informed that <br /> the Board that the Mashpee Water District had confirmed <br /> that there was a water hydrant in front of the lot and that <br /> Town Water was available for use . The Board was informed <br /> that many unpaved roads exist on Monomoscoy island and most <br /> of the lots in the immediate area have been developed. No <br /> comments were received from abutters or interested parties . <br />
