i
Board of Appeals Joan V. Bourget 2 .
The Board found that the lot is a stand-alone
undeveloped parcel of land bounded on three sides by single
family residences . other than a building lot, said lot
could be put to no other profitable use. The lot has been
treated and taxed by the Town as a building lot.
The Board found that the access road was typical of
all in the area and was accessible to vehicular traffic and
that a literal enforcement of the by-law would involve
substantial hardship. The Board determined that desirable
relief could be granted without nullifying from the intent
or purpose of the zoning by-law and without detriment to
the public good.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of
Appeals voted unanimously on February 9, 1994 to grant the
Variance . The Variance is referenced by plans of Yankee
Survey Consultants revised December 13, 1993 .
