Simmons for a Special Permit - SP-94-22 <br /> A Petition was filed by Gertrude W. Simmons of <br /> Mashpee, Massacusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . I . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> construct a pier, ramp and float in Ann' s Cove in an R-3 <br /> zoning district on property located at 126 Summersea <br /> Road (Map 105, Block 54 ) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on February <br /> 18 and February 25, 1994, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, March 9 , 1994 at 7 : 30 <br /> P.M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael A. <br /> Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and Cheryl A. Hawver . <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the Applicant <br /> the presented plans for a pier, ramp and float. He <br /> explained that the water in the area is shallow and the <br /> structure will be a canoe and dinghy dock. No comments <br /> were received in favor or opposed to the Special Permit . <br /> I <br />
