Board of Appeals Gertrude W. Simmons - SP-94-22 2 . <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings: <br /> 1 . the subject property is a 9, 800 square foot <br /> waterfront lot on Ann' s Cove and many <br /> properties in the area have existing docks . <br /> 2 . the length of the proposed pier, ramp and float <br /> conform the requirements of the Zoning By-laws <br /> and do not intrude on setback requirements. <br /> 3 . the proposed structure will not interfere with <br /> free passage of travel by water or land <br /> 4 . the proposed structure will not cause or <br /> contribute to the substantial disruption or <br /> degradation on the marine or coastal <br /> environment. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the <br /> general purpose and intent of the zoning by-laws and use <br /> complies with the provisions of the by-law. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on March 9, 1994 to grant the <br /> Special Permit.
