Notice was given <br /> by put•i.i.cation in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general ' <br /> circulation in the Town of Masbpee, on March 25 and April <br /> 1 . 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereo <br /> P. Public Hearing was held on the Petition at 7 : 33 P .M. <br /> on Wednesday, April 13 , 1994 at the Mashpee Town Hall at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : Michael A. Makunas, <br /> Edward M. Govoni and Jamie Regan . <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and <br /> Presented maps of the Shorewood Court area near John' s <br /> Pond. He explained that the street is unpaved and houses <br /> are built on adjacent lots . William F. Hauck, Building <br /> Inspector, said the development predated zoning and there <br /> is adequate access fnr fire trucks . Variance . <br />
