Farrell - SP-94-26 <br /> A Petition was filed by John J. and Dorothy E. Farrell of <br /> Norwood, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-17 to allow a second story addition to the pre-existing <br /> non-conforming dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 74 Uncle Percy' s Road (Map 117 , Block 178 ) <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The , Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 8 and April 15, <br /> 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 27 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P.M. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. <br /> Govoni and James E. Regan I1I . <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicants and <br /> presented plans for a second story addition to an existing <br /> dwelling. He explained that there will be no increase in the <br /> lot coverage . No comments were received in favor or opposed <br /> to the Special Permit . <br />
