Foley <br /> �l of Allston, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-17 for permission to raze a pre-existing non-conforming <br /> r dwelling and replace it with a new single family dwelling in <br /> an R-3 zoning district on property located at 276 .Monomoscoy <br /> Road (Map 120 , Block 60 ) Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> f,• <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given ,by <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 20 and May 27 , <br /> 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> a <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, June 8 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P.M. at which <br /> ,) time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Edward M. Mindick <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter represented the applicant and, <br /> presented plans for the reconstruction of a seasonal cottage. <br /> He informed the Board that the plans included the addition of <br /> a second story, porch and mechanical room.
