Fudala said a site plan review has been submitted <br /> for th <br /> 99 Restaurant and he has made a request to the Board of Appeals 4PIV <br /> that they have a denitrification system. <br /> � t 4 <br /> 2) Proposed bylaw sponsored by the Board of Appeals on <br /> grandfathering and contiguous lots. <br /> 3) Letter regarding the Cape Cohousing development decision of <br /> the Falmouth Planning Board. <br /> It <br /> DISC-:USSION ' <br /> Rick York, Shellfish Constable, to discuss using Windchime <br /> accr'unt funds for Mashpee River monitoring. <br /> Mr. York: came before the Board with a proposal for a Mashpee <br /> River Water OUality Monitoring Program and -requested $5,460 be WIN <br /> used from the Windchime donation account tel fund the program. <br /> Mr . <br /> C---,f fey said according to the Windchime agreement , the <br /> Planning Board has exclusive authority to use $24, 000' for such <br /> Programs in consultation with the Conservation Commission, <br /> Planning staff, and Mashpee Woodlands. The consensus Cif the <br /> Board was that <br /> money from the account could be used for this <br /> Prc-ject. <br /> ,lip <br /> Mr .
