Iffy' "1 •� <br /> Because there was not yet a quorum present, Mr. Bexley explained <br /> to Tony and Dennis what his request was and suggested this issue <br /> be put on the agenda of the next meeting, if it is not acted on <br /> tonight. �, �► �' <br /> Mr. Bexley explained they want to trade the covenants of lots 24 <br /> and 25 , which are presently released, for lots 43 and 55, which <br /> are presently under covenant. Mr. Michaelson does own lots 43 <br /> and 55 and therefore has the ability to put them under covenant. ill- <br /> Lots 24 and 25 were released about 5 years ago. <br /> it <br /> Tony said he has never heard of this process - to swap one fora ., <br /> another. <br /> If no other members come tonight, this will be put on the next <br /> meeting's agenda. There is good site distance, better than 400 <br /> feet from the approximate site of the pp proposed road. There was a , . <br /> lot of traffic from the church, which backed up quickly and could <br /> back up to this location. Church traffic could be off hours from 44 <br /> this development. Charlie did not see any real problems with it. <br /> . <br /> Tony read Charlie's report for Dr. Canning.
