Jacobson Senior Center, <br /> . <br /> 500 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:50 p.m. <br /> on Wednesday, October 16, 1996, by the Chairman, Anthony <br /> Ferragamo. ,s . <br /> Anthony Ferragamo, <br /> Planning Board Members present: n1�+ <br /> Chairman; Patrick Coffey, Vice Chairman; and Robert Govoni. i <br /> Absent: Martine Meij ering, Clerk; Dennis Balzarini. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner. <br /> Preliminary Plan <br /> Ferreira Associates-Jean P. Canning, Tr. -Pine Tree Mall <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he addressed <br /> the matter of Preliminary Plan-Ferreira Associates. An official <br /> letter having been filed with the Mashpee Planning Board signed <br /> by Richard Ferreira, Ferreira Associates, regarding the Canning <br /> matter: "we would like to withdraw the above referenced <br /> Preliminary Plan without prejudice. The abutter, Fields Point <br /> Manufacturing, does not want the road to continue to Job' s � . <br /> Fishing Road at this time. " <br /> The Chairman also introduced a letter dated October 9th, <br /> from Buff Chase, regarding Jean Canning: "In answer to your <br /> October 6th letter, at this time it is not possible for us to :+ <br /> grant such an easement, etc. " The Chairman indicated references <br /> were made to the Master Plan and requested said letter be filed ;'!! <br /> with the Planning Department. <br /> The Chairman informed Board Members of a discussion he had <br /> with Eric Smith and Gregg Taylor. Mr. Taylor expressed a wish to 1; <br /> incorporate grading provisions into the north side of the i4' <br /> roadway, allowing for some form of sidewalk or access way to <br /> enable people to walk through the property onto Job' s Fishing <br /> Road without having to use the Route 28 bike path. This <br /> suggestion having been made in the event this matter should <br /> progress to the definitive stages at some point in time. <br /> (There was some Board discussion regarding plans fora <br /> traffic light at Donna' s Lane and some form of walk way, <br /> discouraging bicycle use at said location. ) ;;iii 'aP ' <br /> <,HC <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made relative to � ,;� <br /> i — <br /> 's <br /> f' <br /> F <br />
