MOTION: Patrick Coffey made a motion to accept Applicant' s ' ? request for withdrawal without prejudice; which Motion was seconded by Robert Govoni and so voted unanimously. Public Hearing .4 Patrick Butler-Stuart Bornstein Windchime Point, Great Neck Road South Modification to Special Permit '+ The Chairman recognized Town Planner, Thomas Fudala, who informed the Board that Attorney Butler had called the Planning " a Department indicating there are unresolved issues with the Homeowners' Association and requesting an extension be made to the next scheduled Planning Board Meeting (November 6, 1996) . The Chairman entertained a motion be made relative to '`j Applicant' s request. MOTION: Patrick Coffey made a Motion to extend the Public Hearing to November 6, 1996, at 6:45 p.m. ; which Motion was , seconded by Robert Govoni and so voted unanimously. The Chairman informed Board Members of his inability to attend said November 6th Meeting, and suggested the Department Secretary contact all Board Members prior to the Meeting in order k to insure a quorum be present for this Special Permit matter. A Correspondence :k. The Chairman confirmed with Assistant Town Planner, Eric Smith, that there was nothing pending in Correspondence at this point requiring Board discussion. Approval of Minutes The Chairman suggested Minutes be addressed at the next scheduled Meeting.
