ref j <br /> Applicant ' s request. <br /> MOTION: Patrick Coffey made a motion to accept Applicant' s ' ? <br /> request for withdrawal without prejudice; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Robert Govoni and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing .4 <br /> Patrick Butler-Stuart Bornstein <br /> Windchime Point, Great Neck Road South <br /> Modification to Special Permit '+ <br /> The Chairman recognized Town Planner, Thomas Fudala, who <br /> informed the Board that Attorney Butler had called the Planning " a <br /> Department indicating there are unresolved issues with <br /> the Homeowners' Association and requesting an extension be made <br /> to the next scheduled Planning Board Meeting (November 6, 1996) . <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made relative to '`j <br /> Applicant' s request. <br /> MOTION: Patrick Coffey made a Motion to extend the Public <br /> Hearing to November 6, 1996, at 6:45 p.m. ; which Motion was , <br /> seconded by Robert Govoni and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman informed Board Members of his inability to <br /> attend said November 6th Meeting, and suggested the Department <br /> Secretary contact all Board Members prior to the Meeting in order k <br /> to insure a quorum be present for this Special Permit matter. <br /> A <br /> Correspondence <br /> :k. <br /> The Chairman confirmed with Assistant Town Planner, Eric <br /> Smith, that there was nothing pending in Correspondence at this <br /> point requiring Board discussion. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> The Chairman suggested Minutes be addressed at the next <br /> scheduled Meeting. <br /> (Associate Member, John Kuchinski, arrived at the Meeting at <br /> this point {6:55 p.m. } , and was informed that his presence is <br /> requested for the November 6th Meeting-Windchime Point matter. ) Al <br /> Definitive Plan �,:" <br /> Willowbend Development Corporation rl9� ii� <br /> Willowbend Drive-Signature of Definitive Plan to delete ' <br /> Fin' Me Oot Road and Lots 13-20, as specified in Modification #16 <br /> At this point of the Meeting, the Chairman, Anthony <br /> Ferragamo, stepped down appointing vice Chairman, Patrick Coffey <br /> to preside over the Willowbend matter. <br /> -2- ri�r I <br /> N, <br />
