Jacobson Senior Center, <br /> 500 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:45 p.m. <br /> on Wednesday, November 20, 1996, by the Clerk, Martine Meijering. CNN <br /> Planning Board Members present: Martine Meijering, Clerk; <br /> Dennis Balzarini; Robert Govoni; and John Kuchinski, Associate II`••i <br /> Member. <br /> Absent: Anthony Ferragamo, Chairman. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner. <br /> Release of Covenant <br /> Charles Dranetz-Winslow Farms <br /> Release of Covenant dated March 5, 1986 ! <br /> The Clerk declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business she addressed <br /> the above captioned matter and recognized Mr. Dranetz. ' <br /> Mr. Dranetz formally requested of the Board an indefinite <br /> postponement of this matter. illfr <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to postpone <br /> indefinitely; which Motion was seconded by Martine Meijering <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The Release of Covenant-Charles Dranetz, Applicant matter <br /> concluded at 6:46 p.m. ) <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Mashpee Land Investment Ltd. Partnership-Richard Kelly <br /> East Side of Great Neck Road South - Harbor Ridge <br /> The Clerk recognized Thomas Fudala, Town Planner, who stated' <br /> the Planning Office is in receipt of a Fax from Consulting <br /> Engineer, Charles Rowley, regarding his review of the current <br /> g Y, g g <br /> version of the Plan in this matter. Mr. Fudala further stated <br /> a Covenant has been submitted and signed by the Town Clerk. <br /> IIIII!ky ,i + <br /> Vice Chairman, Patrick Coffey, arrived at the Meeting at l <br /> this point (6:47 p.m. ) and presided over the Meeting thereafter.
