(There was <br /> discussion regarding security, estimate of costs for review by <br /> Mr. Rowley, Board Vote of acceptance, 150* of the cost. ) <br /> (The Definitive Plan-Mashpee Land Investment Ltd. <br /> + ' Partnership matter concluded at 7:55 p.m. ) <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal zarini made a Motion to approve Minutes <br /> of November 6, 1996; which Motion was seconded by Martine <br /> Meijering and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The Vice Chairman declared a two-minute recess at 6:58 p.m. <br /> f 54 in anticipation of the Public Meeting LCP-posted for 7 : 00 p.m. ) <br /> Local Comprehensive Plan-Public Meeting <br /> Draft Economic Development and Coastal Resources Elements <br /> The Vice Chairman recognized Thomas Fudala, Town Planner, <br /> for the purpose of presenting the draft Economic Development <br /> Element at 7:05 p.m. Mr. Fudala distributed summary draft <br /> tj � Economic Development and Coastal Resources copies of the Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Mr. Fudala explained that Assistant Town Planner, Eric <br /> Smith, had been called out of Town, therefor the Coastal <br /> ;�o�i�•,+��,�;q�I Resources Element is to be presented at a later date. <br /> Mr. Fudala explained that the point of the Economic <br /> Development Plan is to provide money through employment to <br /> Mashpee residents, and to the Town through the tax base. <br /> i 1k ►'I f The Town of Mashpee received a grant from the Commonwealth <br /> to hire a consultant to provide an economic study of the Town. <br /> Said report, compiled by Mt. Auburn Associates, is the essential <br /> basis of this Element. <br />
