The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. He said that it's <br /> an existing deck that is need of repair. He provided a plot plan depicting the 50 ft. setback <br /> from the wetlands. He said that when the house and deck was built that bylaw did not exist. <br /> He is planning to extend the deck 6 ft. forward, and 3 ft. to the left which stays within the <br /> required setbacks. He is just seeking relief from the 50 ft. setback. The Conservation <br /> Commission approved the project. They visited the site and there are no footings beyond <br /> the foundation of the house. <br /> 3 <br />
