MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br />Petitioner, Jon Hagenstein, Beacon Marine Construction, LLC <br />Owner of Record: Crown Atlantic Company LLC <br />43 Bowdoin Road (Map 62 Parcel 79) <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />SP-2021-64 <br />Chairman Furbush commented that there is no parking allowed on the street. Mr. <br />Hagenstein said there will be enough parking for his business and equipment at the <br />proposed yard. <br />GENERAL CRITERIA <br />The subject property located at 43 Bowdoin Road is approximately 45,000 square feet. <br />There were no abutters present. <br />SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br />In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br />Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br />November 10, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special <br />Permit to Petitioner, Jon Hagenstein under §174-25 G (13) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br />for a contractors yard for a construction business including storage of floats, docks, and <br />related marine supplies, materials, and equipment on property located in an I-1 Zoning <br />District, Map 62 Parcel 79, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Crown Atlantic Company <br />LLC) with the following conditions; <br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br />Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br />2. Site Plan, Prepared for: Beacon Marine Construction LLC, Project: 43 Bowdoin <br />Rd, Mashpee, MA. Drawing Title: Concept Contractor hard Layout.
