MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Owners, Laurie Mancinelli and Joseph Mancinelli <br /> 18 Wilsons Grove (Map 118 Parcel 72) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2022-06 <br /> • The outdoor shower will be tied into the existing drainage system, and any runoff <br /> will go into a catch basin. <br /> • Abutters will not be impacted by the inability to park on their own property. <br /> • A privacy fence or a row of arborvitae could be installed for screening along the <br /> neighboring property. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> February 23, 2022, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special <br /> Permit to Owners, Laurie and Joseph Mancinelli of 18 Wilsons Grove under §174-17.1 of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single story, three bedroom dwelling and replace <br /> it with a new non-conforming code compliant three bedroom home on property located in <br /> the Popponesset Overlay District and R-3 Zoning District, Map 118 Parcel 72, Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
