Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> February 23, 2022, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special <br /> Permit to Owners, Laurie and Joseph Mancinelli of 18 Wilsons Grove under §174-17.1 of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single story, three bedroom dwelling and replace <br /> it with a new non-conforming code compliant three bedroom home on property located in <br /> the Popponesset Overlay District and R-3 Zoning District, Map 118 Parcel 72, Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
