MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MINOR MODIFICATION TO <br /> (SP-2015-33, SP-2019-36, SP-2020-28) <br /> Petitioner: 3M Ventures, Inc. <br /> Owner of Record: Triple M Management Company, LLC <br /> 29 Echo Road(Map 19 Parcel 3-9)and, <br /> 41 Echo Road(Map 19 Parcel 3-8) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MOD-2022-12 <br /> The new design was approved by the Design Review Committee, the lot coverage is not <br /> increasing, and in essence is reducing the lot coverage on the site because the building is <br /> smaller and within the same footprint of the original building. It will be connected to the <br /> current building with an enclosed breezeway as shown on the plan. The business is not <br /> changing, there will be a separate entrance and exit for both the recreational and medical <br /> use. <br /> The building that currently houses the operation will be used largely for office space for <br /> the operators and employees of the facility.All the security measures will remain the same. <br /> The request is within the parameters of a minor modification. He respectfully asked the <br /> Board to approve the request for a minor modification. <br /> Chairman Furbush was at that Design Review meeting, and agreed that it is a minor <br /> modification. He polled the Board for comments. There were no issues. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Minor <br /> Modification.Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> February 23, 2022, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Minor <br /> Modification to 3M Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Triple M Management Company, LLC. at 29/41 <br /> Echo Road for (SP-2015-33, 2019-36, and 2020-28). The proposed building footprint will <br /> be reduced from 3,700 sq. ft. to 3,612 sq. ft., from a two story building to a single story, <br /> and will be aesthetically more keeping with the Cape Cod architecture. <br /> 2 <br />
