SP-94-66 <br /> A Petition was filed by Laidlaw Transit , Inc . of <br /> Hyannis , MA on July 25 , 1994 for a Special Permit under <br /> Sections 174-25 . G. 7 and 174-25 . H . 6 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow parking for 15 school buses and 15 employee passenger <br /> vehicles in an I-1 zoning district on property located at <br /> 90 and 100 Echo Road (Map 19 , Blocks 6 and 7 ) Mashpee , MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee , on August 5 and August <br /> 12 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, August 24 , 1994 at 7 : 30 <br /> P .M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : Edward M. <br /> Govoni , James E . Regan III and John J . Friel . <br /> Attorney George Hall and Michael Rorro of Laidlaw <br /> represented the applicant . They informed the Board that <br /> the applicant plans to use an existing property which is <br /> zoned Industrial for the parking terminal . The site <br /> contains an existing commercial building which is used for <br /> the manufacture of cement vaults . The proposed lease will <br /> include the use of one office in the building as well as <br /> the parking lot . They presented revised drainage plans <br /> dated August 10 , 1994 which have been approved by the Board <br /> of Health . No comments were received from abutters . <br />
