Board of Appeals Laidlaw Transit SP-94-66 2. The Board determined the following: , 1 . the subject property is located at 90 and 100 Echo Road and contains 120 , 000 square feet . The lot is totally paved with a six foot chain link fence enclosing the property. There is adequate land for the parking of 15 school busses , 15 drivers ' cars and employee parking for the commercial building . The parking area will be lit by existing security lighting . 2 . the subject property is zoned for Industrial use . 3 . Mashpee Zoning By-laws 174-25 . G . 7 allow for Trucking Terminals in an Industrial Zone with a Special Permit from the Board of Appeals . Mashpee Zoning By-laws 174-25 .H . 6 allow for any other similar uses in an Industrial Zone with a Special Permit from the Board of Appeals . The Board found that the proposed use for parking of school buses is substantially similar to other uses allowed in this zoning . 4 . The abutting property is used for the storage of . boats and the proposed use of the subject property will have no impact on the abutters . 5 . The site is located on a dead-end street with minimum traffic . 6 . The proposal is consistent with town regulations and will not affect public health or safety or have an adverse impact on traffic . For the foregoing reasons the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 24 , 1994 to grant the Special Permit for the parking of Mashpee School buses and driver ' s cars at 90 and 100 Echo Road with the following conditions : 1 . the applicant must complete all of the drainage and berm requirements of the Board of Health prior to occupancy as shown in plans of S . Doyle Engineers dated August 10 , 1994 . 2 . there will be no fueling of buses or cars at the site . 3 . there will be no maintenance of buses or cars at the site .
