Board of Appeals Laidlaw Transit SP-94-66 2. <br /> The Board determined the following: , <br /> 1 . the subject property is located at 90 and 100 Echo <br /> Road and contains 120 , 000 square feet . The lot is totally <br /> paved with a six foot chain link fence enclosing the <br /> property. There is adequate land for the parking of 15 <br /> school busses , 15 drivers ' cars and employee parking for <br /> the commercial building . The parking area will be lit by <br /> existing security lighting . <br /> 2 . the subject property is zoned for Industrial use . <br /> 3 . Mashpee Zoning By-laws 174-25 . G . 7 allow for <br /> Trucking Terminals in an Industrial Zone with a Special <br /> Permit from the Board of Appeals . Mashpee Zoning By-laws <br /> 174-25 .H . 6 allow for any other similar uses in an <br /> Industrial Zone with a Special Permit from the Board of <br /> Appeals . The Board found that the proposed use for <br /> parking of school buses is substantially similar to other <br /> uses allowed in this zoning . <br /> 4 . The abutting property is used for the storage of . <br /> boats and the proposed use of the subject property will <br /> have no impact on the abutters . <br /> 5 . The site is located on a dead-end street with <br /> minimum traffic . <br /> 6 . The proposal is consistent with town regulations <br /> and will not affect public health or safety or have an <br /> adverse impact on traffic . <br /> For the foregoing reasons the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on August 24 , 1994 to grant the Special Permit <br /> for the parking of Mashpee School buses and driver ' s cars <br /> at 90 and 100 Echo Road with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . the applicant must complete all of the drainage <br /> and berm requirements of the Board of Health prior to <br /> occupancy as shown in plans of S . Doyle Engineers dated <br /> August 10 , 1994 . <br /> 2 . there will be no fueling of buses or cars at the <br /> site . <br /> 3 . there will be no maintenance of buses or cars at <br /> the site . <br />
