XoWn of fflubpee <br /> i <br /> • ; 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> i BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Fred and Suzanne Luconi for a Special Permit <br /> SP-94-86 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fred and Suzanne Luconi of <br /> Concord, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections <br /> 174-17 and 174-63 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the <br /> replacement of an existing non-conforming dwelling with a new <br /> single family dwelling and the addition of a garage in an R-3 <br /> zoning district on property located at 116 Popponesset Island <br /> Road (Map 112 , Block 5 ) Mashpee, Massachusetts . ( Owner of <br /> record: Edward F. and Esther D . Donovan) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 25 and November <br /> 1 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 9 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P .M. •at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : James E. Regan III , Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Robert G. Nelson . <br /> Joseph Tarabelli , Builder, and Michael McGrath, Engineer , <br /> represented the applicants and presented plans for the <br /> replacement of a non-conforming dwelling. Mr . McGrath <br /> informed the Board that the Building Inspector had recommended <br /> that the dwelling be replaced rather than renovated due to a <br /> faulty foundation . <br />
