Murad for a Special Permit SP 94-88 <br /> A Petition was filed by Marcel J . Murad of Cambridge , <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for a proposed 10 foot <br /> dock addition and float reconfiguration on an existing <br /> flock in Great River on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 19 Keel Way (Map120 , Block 138 ) Mashpee , MA. <br /> (Owner of record: Jeffrey M. and Marcel J . Murad TRS . ) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by 'publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 25 , <br /> and December 2 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, December 14 , 1994 at 7 : 30 <br /> P .M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : Edward M. <br /> Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G . Nelson. <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicant and <br /> presented plans for a lo ' dock extension and the <br /> replacement of existing floats with a 6 ' x 20 ' and a 4 ' x <br /> 20 ' float . He explained that the new float plan would <br /> conform to the Conservation Commission guidelines of <br /> maximum float size of 200 sf . Comments were received from <br /> the Shellfish Constable in favor of the plans . <br />
