TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />January 13, 1993 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, January 13, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town <br />Hall. 'Board Members present and acting throughout were John <br />J. Friel, Chairman; Michael A. Makunas, Vice -Chairman and <br />Edward M. Govoni, Clerk. Building inspector William F. Hauck <br />,was in attendance. <br />Board Members absent were Cheryl A. Hawver, Jamie Regan <br />and Arnold D. Mindick. Mr. Friel called the meeting to order <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />Kevin P. Andrade TR. - Requests a Special Permit under <br />Section 174-25.D.2 and Section 174-55 of the Zoning By-laws <br />for permission to operate a medical office facility and <br />provide additional signing in an I-1 zoning district on <br />property located at 800 101B and 800 102B Falmouth Road (Map <br />88, Block 2, Lot 101B and Map 88, Block 2, Lot 102B) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br />Kevin Andrade, owner of the property, explained that the <br />original Special Permit was for use for wholesale business <br />and he is requesting the Special Permit for use as a walk-in <br />medical office. He explained that additional signing was <br />necessary since office could not be identified from Route 28 <br />by someone approaching from Falmouth. Mr. Govoni agreed to <br />review sign designs for the Board. Mr. Makunas moved to <br />grant the Special Permit for medical office use and <br />additional signing. Mr. Govoni seconded. Hill -.Request a Special Permit under <br />Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand <br />a non -conforming dwelling with a house addition and deck in <br />an R-3 zoning district on property located at 5 Clamshell <br />Lane (Map 119, Block 66) Mashpee, MA. <br />John C. and Ann M. Hill - Request a Variance from <br />Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for <br />permission to vary the setback requirements in an R-3 zoning <br />district on property located at 5 Clamshell Lane (Map 119, <br />Block 66) Mashpee, MA. <br />
