0 <br />• <br />.* <br />Hoard of Appeals Minutes - January 13, 1993 6. <br />Douglas Storrs explained that the Donna's Lane construction <br />has not commenced and is the major access to the property. <br />He said they would have to enlarge the treatment plant before <br />construction which has been approved by the State. Mr. Friel <br />explained that Mr. Talanian, a direct abutter, has resolved <br />all issues on the construction of Donna's Lane. Mr. Storrs <br />said that the issues of the intersection are under discussion <br />with the Town of Mashpee, Cape Cod Commission and the <br />Commonwealth of Massachusetts. <br />Mr. Friel expressed concern on the appearance of the <br />adjoining lots and Mr. Storrs replied that he was attempting <br />to find a tenant to build a restaurant on the Pickwick site. <br />He said he had allowed the State free use of the land for <br />equipment used in the Route 28 improvements. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the extension of the Special <br />Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Minutes - Mr. Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of November <br />18 and December 9, 1993. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to adjourn at 9:50 P.M. Mr. Govoni <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Elinor Walsh <br />
