• Board of Appeals Minutes - January 13, 1993 5. <br />Mr. Friel asked for a plan showing dimensions, aisle <br />width, space width and a total count of spaces. Mr. Storrs <br />said there are 447 spaces on the plan. Mr. Govoni asked <br />width of travel lanes and Mr. Storrs said 12' wide. Mr. <br />Hauck questioned the number of handicapped spaces. <br />Mr. Friel questioned the economic impact on Mashpee <br />Commons from the N. Market St. development. Mr. Storrs said <br />he would not be planning this if it affected Masbpee Commons. <br />He said it had cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in <br />development costs to date. He reported that the Purity lease <br />extends to 2009 and that their space would be very <br />,marketable. He said taxes and jobs were critical to the Town <br />and Stop and Shop would bring 260 jobs. <br />Mr. Friel moved to take the application under <br />advisement. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Storrs asked for an opinion from the Board and Mr. <br />• Friel replied that he did not feel he had enough definition <br />on the Commission opinions. Mr. Storrs said he would supply <br />a copy of the findings from the Commission. Mr. Makunas <br />asked Mr. Taylor of his concerns and he replied that he did <br />not understand why they cannot meet the buffer zone <br />requirements and parking. Mr. Taylor said the intersection <br />had not been designed with anything relating to Phase II of <br />the plan. <br />Mr. Friel and Mr. Govoni asked for further information <br />on traffic plans and detailed engineering. Mr. Friel <br />questioned the impact o1 the size o1 the project and Mr. <br />Storrs replied that the height of the first floor elevation <br />is 4717" and the height o1 the rotary is 581. Mr. Friel asked <br />that the Cape Cod Commission put recommendations in writing. <br />Fields Point Limited Partnership - Requests an Extension of <br />Special Permit 90-67 for permission to construct and operate <br />a 70 -unit motel with amenities in a C-1 zoning district on <br />property located at 610 Falmouth Road and 31 Donna's Lane <br />(Map 74, Block 12; Map 74, Block 7)Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: J.
