•� Board of Appeals Minutes - March 10, 1993 4. <br />r� <br />Mr. Hauck said he would have a problem issuing a permit. He <br />would require a Special Permit from the Board of Appeals. Mr. <br />Makunas suggested Mr. Hauck get an opinion from Town Counsel <br />and suggested Mr. Gildea write a letter to Mr. Hauck asking <br />for opinion. Mr. Friel suggested Mr. Gildea apply for a <br />Special Permit. <br />Richard P. Brady - Mr. Friel moved to modify the Special <br />Permit for Richard P. Brady to reflect change in plans <br />requested by Conservation. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Minutes - Ms. Hawver moved to accept the Minutes of January <br />13, January 27 and February 10, 1993. Mr. Makunas seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Mass. Federation of Planning and Appeals Boards - There was <br />discussion of the dinner meeting at the Tara Hyannis on <br />Thursday, April 15, 1993 at 5:30 P.M. Mr. Makunas, Ms. Hawver <br />and Mr. Hauck will attend. <br />April 14 meeting - The Board voted to cancel this meeting. <br />There was discussion of requests for legal review of the <br />January 20 meeting with Town Counsel Elizabeth Lane. Mr. Friel <br />discussed the fact that the 1992 Picnic Box permit had never <br />been recorded at the Registry. Ms. Hawver said that the <br />Falmouth Building Dept. requires a copy of the recording. She <br />said this was required for change of use. She suggested the <br />Building.Department require a copy of. the Registry receipt. <br />Mr. Hauck said he did not issue before the twenty day appeal <br />period has elapsed. Ms. Hawver suggested applicant have a <br />copy of the Decision with the Town Clerks certification that <br />there has been no appeal. <br />Ms. Hawver moved to adjourn at 9:15 P.M.
