3. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant variance on the size and dimension of <br />• parking spaces by reducing 300 sq. ft. module to 270 sq. ft and reducing 20 <br />f t. length of parking space to 18 f t. Parking stalls to be laid out with <br />double striping as defined in document. Net result would be 7 ft. wide <br />parking area as defined. Seconded by Cheryl Hawver. All agreed. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant variance to vary the set -backs to an <br />internal driveway as defined on drawing dated 2/4/93 (174.31 footnote). <br />Cheryl Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />John Friel requested that two sets of drawings with markings be <br />submitted to the office. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to accept request for extension for hardware.store. <br />Cheryl Hawver seconded. Gallant - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 <br />*of the Zoning By-laws for an existing ramp and float in an R-3 zoning <br />district on property located at 68 Waterway (Map 105, Block 212) <br />Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Robert & Marjorie E. Gallant TRS.) <br />Paul Lelito made the presentation on behalf of the applicant. He stated <br />that this ramp and float have been in existance since 1973. He also stated <br />that the Conservation Commission had issued orders of conditions <br />requiring location during storage being closer to the house. <br />Mr. Friel moved to grant. Mr. Makunas seconded.
